SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing time: 5-7 business days.

Once shipped via USPS:

  • Domestic / International:  12-20 business Days.

(However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

  • Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Where are you located?

  • We are located in Brooklyn, NYC , United States of America.

Defective Product?

  • If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, Exfitbell will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards through the Stripe powered Shopify Payment system.  We also accept PayPal & Google Checkout payments as well. 

What if I don't recive my item? Do you guarantee delivery?

  • We 100% guarantee delivery of every item! If you do not receive your order within the delivery window, simply contact us at exfitbell@gmail.com and we will get you taken care of!
